Well, even if she didn’t do all of that, those meetings will be ‘deception multiplied’ anyway. With the walls of the GG headquarters all painted black, and the infamous “prophetic booths” intact and all ready to go, it should be a ‘demon’s delight’ of a weekend – coming soon to an egg factory near you!
Some of her own prophets begger belief, but when ‘Kaitlin’ breaks into the big time by snaring Steve Schultz from the Elijah List to come all this way, let’s hope that local products like Amanda (empty) Wells don’t spoil the show for her, by doing dumb and embarrassing things (like trying to prophesy over people for money).
Just remember Amanda, if you want to indulge in fortune telling that weekend, you’ll have to bring your own scarf and crystal ball…
Just one more thing folks – notice the much younger looking ‘kaitlin’ in the banner headline up above, as compared to the real ‘pastor kate’ in the video doen below. That’s what happens when you forsake the ways of God that you learned as a young Christian, and embrace the doctrines of devils, as espoused by her NAR mentors – you end up looking a bit haggard in the process.
I’m not kidding folks, Katherine Ruonala seems to have aged almost 10 years, in the three years since I saw her last. Is this part of God’s judgement for false teaching an fake prophesy? It may well be…

Gods Word is FREE , their is no charge to be had . The poorer people cannot afford $150,00 to go to their holy huddle of prophetic council . So what do the poor do , miss out ?? Hi Frederik – let’s do the maths… That’s $150 x say 300 paying customers (probably the max that you could squeeze into the GG’s “egg factory” ministry area,) plus upwards of say $20,000 in ‘honour the pastor’ type money scams and that’s a cool $65,000AUD just for that long weekend full of “prophecy” and other unbiblical nonsense… Not bad at all…
Well, if those targets are met, I’d say that all of these ‘prophets’ will have made enough $$$ to have a nice long summer season sunning themselves on the Gold Coast, without uttering another ‘word’ until around March 2016, when all of their gullible followers have finished paying off their credit cards from the ‘conference/summit’ this year. That much is predictable!
It’s just like retailing profiles here in Oz – if you watch the seasons, and allow for interruptions like school holidays and quarterly billing cycles (utilities bills, and monthly house/mortguage payments,) you can time the annual “goat fest” for the best financial ‘blessings’ from the conference with precision and confidence, can’t you???

Hi Andy – I agree, and here’s a bit more “nonsense”, and of the most dangerous kind:
“Brisbane shall be known nationally and internationally as the River City Of God. Many people from all around Australia and the world are going to come to the River City of Brisbane to be refreshed, renewed and revived!”
This is pure LRM (Latter Rain Movement) doctrine. In many places around the world, they were known as the “River people” because their spiritual experiences were wound around a false interpretation of the River of Life, as portrayed in Revelation 22:1:
“Then the angel showed me a river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb…”
They believe/d that this ‘River’ would manifest in their meetings and that believers could metaphorically “jump into the River” and get carried away in God… I have been in meetings where this happened years ago and it is spooky,to say the least, but such things are often downplayed, as if it was ‘just a bit of fun’.
“In this new season, the body of Christ shall live and minister from the third heaven. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,..Ephesians 2:4-6.”
This is again, based on a misinterpretation of “the Third Heaven” – literally God’s throne room. They say that ‘positionally’ they are there, because they are ‘seated in heavenly places’, but what they are really teaching is akin to “Manifest Sons of God” heresy, where a ‘heavenly class’ of believer is translated to Heaven, because God has granted them divinity, not just immortality. Totally false concept, but also in line with the old lie of the Garden – “you shall be as God”. The inferences are subtle, but thaey are there… No doubt there will be a ‘translation’ of those claiming ‘divinity’ sometime in the near future. These people are so far outside the bounds of scripture that they may be beyond rescuing from such falsehoods.
An old maxim applies here: “Truth has boundaries, but error knows no bounds…”
“For where you see yourself seated is where you will live and minister from. The third heaven is a place of total breakthrough, victory, dominion, rule and reign over all the power of the enemy. It is entering into the rest of God’s glory presence by faith. For the battle now belongs to the Lord God Almighty and the Lord will fight for you to bring you the complete victory!”
Notice the words ‘dominion, and phrases like ‘rule and reign over all power’ – this is strictly Dominion theology’ and it leads to a ‘Reconstructionist’ world view, wherein the “church” prepare the way of the Lord for His second coming by reconstructing the world rather than judging it. This is where the “seven mountains” teaching kicks in, as they progressively take over society, and reshape it in the fashion of Dominionism/Reconstructionist ideals.
Then ‘Jesus’ comes back to Earth as the ‘corporate Christ’, and not as a single literal person as in the expected second coming of Christ at all. This is the old Docetist heresy – no bodily return of Christ – He manifests in His body, the church but not as an identifiable personal coming King. Pure Latter Rain and NAR doctrine, and pure rubbish… Honestly folks, this teaching is diabolical – literally “of the Devil” – ‘Diabolous’!!!

You are correct. These *NAR message are nothing more than sick fairy tales which *NAR tries to prop up with various verses…
Unfortunately the spiritually immature Christian (and from what I have seen today is most) doesn’t understand how nonsensical these messages are. The vaguer the message, the more mysterious and interesting it becomes to a spiritually immature Christian. Whereas to you or to me or to anyone else with discernment, the more absurd it sounds.

Sounds a bit like ‘gnosticism’, doesn’t it? You can’t make out what ‘God’ is saying, unless you come to the meeting/council/conference… Why? Because only the GG and/or the APC has the mystical teaching/knowledge/insight that you need.
And you can get all of that for $1800+ a pop at the “$chool of the $upernatural” – that’s why, and when they inaugurated the SOS several years, by far the majority of their ‘students’ were young impressionable people, who were all jockeying for a position as an apostle/prophet on graduation, coupled with a hand full of ‘oldies’ into the mix.
The problem is, that you can’t buy “revelaations” or “miracle working power” from God, as Simon the sorcerer found out, the hard way. See Acts 8:18. So just what is it that is ‘for sale’ at the SOS? Heresy? Sorcery? Both? Probably…
PS: My personal policy is if I visit any church where something like the above is spoken, at a minimum I will never bother returning. And in the process, I may even get up and walk out of the meeting once that silliness starts.
However I always check out every church I visit online beforehand (though some don’t have websites). If I smell even a hint of that, I will not go. I’ve heard my share of *WOF and *NAR teachings.
None of us has the time to waste sitting in meetings listening to that kind of nonsense…

Andy – those are very wise precautions, and anyone hoping to avoid those errorswould do well to check the churches out before attending.
I went into the whole GG/SOS shemozzle rather ‘blind’ at the time, but soon had my eyes opened when infamous NAR personalities began to emerge is guest preachers on the platform (insert the names of just about any of them here).
But the real elephant in the room moment came when Katherine Ruonala announced her ringing endorsement of the biggest daddy false prophet of them all – WILLIAM MARRION BRANHAM!!!
I nearly fell off my end of the aisle seat onto the floor, as I’d not yet assoctiated the god-like worship of this man, by all things NAR.

Hi folks – while Googling around tonight, I came across another NAR style church further to the north of Brisbane. It is called “Kingdom Culture Church” and is situated in the town of Brendale.
Even a cursory flick through their website reveals that the emphasis is very much on youth and young aults. Hardly an oldie to be seen in any of the photos…

So how did I find them? Well I went to the Glitter Gathering’s website, and clicked on their ‘Testimonies’ button, and found another (hidden) website that talks all about ‘miracles’, NAR style (predominantly claims of divine healing) at this link here: http://www.australianmiracles.com/miracles/
At the bottom of that home page, oneof the links goes to the Kingdom Culture Church website, so there is an indirect but verifiable link between the GG and this other church.
Ostensibly, that second website exists in order to ‘verify’ the miracles that the GG and other NAR churches are claiming to have happened in recent times, and that sounds like a laudable endeavour, but is it real? I went out with the GG teams twice on Thursday evenings, when I was there, where we went to Royal Brisbane Hosital (without any invitations from the admin people.)
Some of the youth/young adults and even pastor Kaitlin herself, snuck into the building via underground carparks and isolated stairwells. Once inside, they sought to sneak past hospital staff and security guards and then “pray for miracles” for those who were bedridden, whether they wanted a “miracle” or not.
On both occasions, those who had entered the building were found to be on the premises without a reasonable excuse and kicked out by security guards, but on the Sunday meetings following both Thursday night’s escapades, there were long and loud ‘testimonies’ about all of the ‘miracles’ that the Lord had apparently done. To this day, I can neither confirm or deny that any ‘miracles’ actually took place – it’s just their word that they did take place…
I can understnad pastor Kates’ “ministry team” sneaking around with her in tow, but did the Holy Spirit of God have to sneak in with them, behind the admin people’s backs, in order for God to do some (deceptive) miracles too??? I think not!

As you can see, pastor Kate has been labouring under an illusion (a big one) for all these years, falsely believing that she can receive a “mantle” just like when Elijah gave his mantle (coat) to Elisha, when he ascended to heaven in the fiery chariot.
This was a once in a lifetime event for both prophets, and has never been repeated in human history (unless I missed something, of course,) but these NAR wags feel that they can go around swapping ‘mantles’ like people swap batons in the tag team race!
That event may well have been the impetus for the formation of the ‘Australian Prophetic Council’. So oone false prophecy, spoken over someone who has a man made appointment towards being a recognised ‘apostle’ was just enough to ensure that a whole gaggle of false apostles and prophets now meet regularly as in the APC ‘summit’ and other nefarous and highly doubltful associations each and every year.

This video is such great evidence that this NAR crowd are totally off the wall. I don’t care about Todd Benteley’s tattoos so much, but I saw him live in the latter half of 2012 at the (then) Glory Gathering ‘church’. He was hugged, kissed, by the youth and young adults, had his hands shaken by the older folks until they nearly fell off, so there was a very ‘warm’ welcome (and therefore tacit approval) by one and all of his presence there. And then he began to carry on like a maniac – I’ll spare you the details…
Of course ‘pastor Kaitlin’ was all over him, and there was standing room only, down the back of the egg factory ministry area. I never asked anyone what came in that night via the tithe bag, but with a crowd like that, it must have been a lot of money, donated by those poor ignorant people, who actually believed that Bentely was an “apostle”… If they’d only read their Bibles on thesigns of an apostle, most of them wouldhave stayed home.

God holds those secrets very firmly in His hand as to the progression of events and the timing of the second coming etcetera!
But these prophetic crocs have to have something that stands aloof and cannot be questioned by the rank and file. With the NAR, it is Wagner’s ‘spiritual warfare’ nonsense, which is underpinned with the ‘spiritual mapping’ exercises, You can almost hear the leaders say to any dissenters “look, just pay your tithes and shut up!”. But the sacred science, whatever it may be, is always wrong, because it is man centred, and it always makes man look good in front of the crowd beside his man made (30) rules and ideas.
The true Gospel makes Christ the central figure of all human history, and the word of God as our only true and reliable guide in terms of our life, faith, conduct and relationship with the Lord and with each other. Beside that, nothing else matters…

How is that? Wagner cant even discern he himself resides on Mars.

Chez – just to put a footnote in relation to my next post below. I went to the GG originally out of curiosity, but as a certain warlock said in a movie script “Things got ‘curiouser and curiouser’… so I stayed until nearly the endof the following year… out of “curiosity”… but I never got burned by the doctrine or the cultishness of the GG.
New people were ‘loved bombed’ at the front door, and if you stayed longer than the first few meetings, pastor Kaitlin arranged for you to have “special friends at church”… If it looked like you were leaving, then all of a sudden your ‘special friends’ began to ‘vapourise’ before your very eyes.
Still, there was one last ‘friend’ who did me the courtesy of giving me a lift home on two occasions before I left (my car was off the road at the time) but when I saw this ‘friend’ looking back at me from his rear view mirror, I suddenly realised that he was ‘sent’ by PK to see just where I lived.
The reason? Well it seems to me that PK was desperate to know whether I lived in one of those ritzy upmarket riverside unit blocks – in other words, did I have wads of money that I could ‘tithe’ or better still ‘honour the pastor’ with (money scam), but alas, once I’d cottoned on to what was happening. my ‘friend’ ran out of roadspace (I walked very slowly) before I actually made it around the next corner, so he never knew.
Needless to say,I never saw my last GG ‘friend’ again… 🙁
Apollo, That just goes to show and prove how disingenuous these NAR people really are.
They’re only in it for the money, as evidenced by their own actions.
@Chez above – yes they are only in it for the money. After the ‘tithing sermon’ which can take 10 to 15 minutes, money is collected and immediatly taken to a back room, far from prying eyes, and counted. Straight after the meeting, the money is tucked away safely unitlit is divied up at some later stage.
But the emphasis is on ‘let’s count that money first’ whereas most churches I’ve attended in the past, the money was usually counted sometime after the meeting ended, and was done in a somewhat more tactful manner…
One young man, who had done the ‘tithing sermon’ one evening, later on commented to me that “this church is a very generous church”… so even though I didn’t get to hear a $ figure, it stands to reason that the “tithes” that evening must have been in the thousands of dollars… Hard working family oriented paid that money into the church coffers – let’s hope they got value for money with all the laughs and antics, where the sermon shouldhave been…
Yes, the Serpent Seed doctrine was still being taught up in Brisbane in the early 1990’s by Latter Rain proponents – I knew them well…
I also knew some people at the GG who were heavily involved in the ‘spiritual mapping’ exercises. Whole swathes of inner Brisbane were studied as to their past. Charts were drawn up and complex tables, analyzing the interaction of all the “demons” who were over different parts of the city were catergorized and quantified.
Then the ‘prayer pastor’ would rally the troops (candidates for Joel’s Army no doubt) and they would ‘intercede’ over those areas that were the domain of the damned. The reason? So that when all of thoase nasty demons were gone, each area would then become a “glory zone”
An area where Joel’s Army could move in, in force and begin to take ‘dominion’ over each designated area of the ‘Seven Mountains’ – what a glorious plan!
Shame it’s got nothing to do with God’s plan…
