Jen Johnson’s Blue Genie Holy Spirit upgrade…

Bill Johnson informed Michael Brown on ‘The Line of Fire’ program that he talked to Jen Johnson about her depiction of her ‘Holy Spirit’ being the ‘sneaky blue genie’ from Aladdin. Recently, Jen Johnson attempted to depict her ‘holy spirit’ from a different film. Before addressing the film, she said these interesting words,

“It tells a lot about you with what your favorite scene in a movie is… But what are your favorite scenes in a movie and why?
It tells a lot about you and it also tells a lot of what you’re called to do.”

At this point we agree. Her ‘holy spirit’ is a work of Disney fiction. And calling the genie from Aladdin ‘the Holy Spirit’, reveals a lot about Jen Johnson herself. She is what the Apostle Paul calls an “evildoer” (Phil 3:2), someone who clearly opposes, and mocks God’s Word by claiming a work of Disney fiction as representative of the Holy Spirit.

But apparently since her talk with Bill, her ‘holy spirit’ has changed yet again:

Jen Johnson now claims her favorite movie scene is from ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’.

“When Lucy follows Aslan into the woods when no one else can see him, that’s your adventure. That’s your daily adventure: to follow him. No matter what it looks like. No matter what other people think. No matter the status quo. No matter what everyone else is saying or doing.”

Bill said he told her she shouldn’t share how she sees the Holy Spirit (as the blue genie from Aladdin), although when questioned about the comparison by Michael Brown on “The Line Of Fire”, he agreed with Jen that the Holy Spirit is sneaky. (Link)

‘Sneaky’ by definition means “sly, crafty, cunning, wily, clever, artful, scheming, devious, guileful, tricky, conniving, designing, deceitful, duplicitous, dishonest, disingenuous, underhand, untrustworthy, unscrupulous, double-dealing”

However it seems Jen does care what people think. She does care what people are saying – she has publicly misled others by stating that this is now her favorite movie scene in regards to how she sees the Holy Spirit. So thanks to Bethel – they have proved Jen Johnson is not a Christian bearing fruit in keeping with repentance. She is a skilled liar. A deceiver. An fake. A fraud. Her ministry a “work of fiction”. A person that Christ said He will personally condemn on that great and dreadful day.

This demonstrates  just how demonic Bethel really is.

You would think the gospel of repentance would be their focus but it’s clearly not.

“That’s your daily adventure: to follow him. No matter what it looks like.”

No matter what it looks like? So now we know what the “upgraded Holy Spirit” of Jen Johnson really looks like:

Christians take the faith seriously.

Bethelites don’t.

Christians know the Holy Spirit points to Christ.

Bethelites don’t.

Their various versions of the Holy Spirit further demonstrate they don’t take Christianity seriously at all. So why should we take them seriously?

  1. Please pray for a close relative who is deceived by Bethel music. They have rebuked me for exposing heretics. Finally, today, I unfriended and blocked the person on Facebook.
