Jen Hodge – trained in ‘using divine energy’, in touch with her ‘inner gypsy’ & ‘in the hands of the spirits’?

There is one question we know Bethel cannot not answer:

“How are Destiny Cards NOT tarot?”

But the more we’ve looked into the Christalignment… group, the more we’re wondering if it’s valid to ask this question:

“How is Jen Hodge not a spirit medium or witch?”

Doesn’t King Saul contacting the witch of Endor or Jesus talking about ‘wandering spirits’ come to mind about this woman?

All Christians need to thoroughly investigate what this woman and Christalignment are actually engaged in. The reason being is because their influence stems straight from the leadership of Bethel leadership including not just her son Ben Fitzgerald but also Kris Vallotton and Theresa Dedmon (we will be looking more into Dedmon in a later article). In our research, we’ve discovered the Hodge’s Christalignment offer a whole range of New Age and occultic services to people ranging from:

  1. ‘Prophetic henna tattoos’
  2.  Presence therapy
  3. ‘Divine healing’
  4. ‘Voyage towards light/guided meditation’
  5. ‘Third heaven encounters’
  6. ‘Energy impartation’
  7. Psalm cleansing
  8. Dream interpretation (using ancient Hebraic methods)
  9. Spiritual blessing
  10. Spirit dance and trance dance sessions
  11. Animal/dream quest cards
  12. Cleansing encounters
  13. Healing tents (or Presence Tent)
  14. Spiritual alignment

They also have no problem celebrating the Hindu Diwali festival, an event linked to the celebration of Lakshmi, (a deity worshiped amongst Hindus as the goddess of wealth and prosperity; wife of Lord Vishnu).  Don’t take our word for it. Christalignment advertise these things they do around the web.

But where do they get the power to do these things? Here is how they advertise themselves:

“The Christalignment team practice a form of supernatural healing that flows from the universal presence of the Christ.

Christalignment teams are trained in Presence Therapy, Spiritual readings and cleansing, physical healing using divine energy, dream interpretation using the Hebraic method and deep spiritual alignment – recovery from trauma & relationship wounds.”

The universal presence of the Christ? Divine energy? We start to get a fairly accurate idea where Jen Hodge gets her ‘powers’ and ‘divine energy’ from, when you read her bio on this site (emphasis ours):

“Being at the market you can’t be too precious about the location of your stand so you have to be in touch with your inner gypsy and go with the flow. So far I’ve been at this particular stall for the past 38 weeks but no-one knows when and where you’ll be moved to next: it’s in the hands of the spirits – oh, and Centre Management!”

What Christian in their right mind would say such a thing unless… perhaps she’s telling her ‘truth’ for once?

Read her entire bio in context here:

“I used to be an art teacher but for the past four years I’ve been drawing henna tattoos here at the market. I have a collection of design templates for clients to choose from but if they have something particular in mind then I’m really happy to create something that’s uniquely theirs.” (… talk about transferable skills. As we talk, Jenny is masterfully fitting out a young boy with a dragon tattoo). “It’s amazing how transformative a tattoo can be – I’ve had people tell me it’s changed their lives. So humbling.”

“I work alongside a team of spiritual readers who do everything from card reading to spiritual and house cleansing so it’s really a spiritual one-stop-shop. “I’m a spiritual person myself and can tell another just by talking to them.” “I wouldn’t say we have a typical client – each comes with a question to be answered or a problem to be solved. But we’re not religious per se – and because of our name Christians get the wrong idea about who we are. It can be awkward.”

Our prayer is that Jen Hodge finds comfort in the true gospel – a gospel not found at Bethel. Salvation from the bondage of the sinful new-age environment she continues to tie herself to. To a gospel that brings her to true repentance and the mercy found only in the risen Christ, who bled and died for even these new-age sins.

“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.” 1 John 4:1

  1. Did I miss something this year of our Lord 2018?
The total discussion on this topic is spiritually absurd! Bottom Line it’s not of God and you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out!
Isaiah 8:20 (kjv) sums this topic up perfectly!
