Christine Caine sued by author Carey Scott for copying her book.

Recently, Hillsong has declared itself a denomination, Brian Houston stating, “So with that growing footprint in mind – it has become clear to us that we need to be able to credential our own pastors and restructure our church in a way that enables us to give due diligence to governance, risk, church health, safe church, and many other policies that are crucial to the future progress of Hillsong, globally.”

Hillsong just became its own denomination – “the Borg is no longer fiction”.

The claim above is nothing more than a fraudulent claim made by a dangerous cult leader who considers himself and his movement above the bible (which is why they have women ‘pastors’), any governing body or law of any country. Their lies and defamation of the 2014 Royal Commission and the continual scandals in this movement are proof of the Hillsong cult caring little about ‘due diligence to governance, risk, church health, safe church’ and ‘other policies’. The only laws Hillsong care about are laws that protect themselves and further their unethical, immoral and lawless tactics in invading churches, taking them over and infiltrating news outlets and governments for their cause (see their seven spheres theology).

Proof of their lip service to being a safe and credible denomination is the recent news of their exemplary preaching icon, Christine Caine. Christian Post reporter, Leonardo Blair, covers the recent lawsuit filed against Christine Caine. Colorado author Carey Scott “contends that her work, Untangled, including exact wording, phrasing, and compilation, along with the book’s general thematic message and presentation, is consistently copied, reworded, and derived without authorization within Unashamed and Unshakeable and that there exists proof of direct copying within the book’s promotional materials and printed, eBook, and audio forms”.

Leonardo Blair writes:

Carey Scott, a Colorado author and life coach, has accused international evangelist Christine Caine and her publishers of copying portions of a book she published in 2015 to include in two best-selling books Caine published later.

In a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Michigan in May — a copy of which was acquired by The Christian Post Tuesday — Scott names Caine, HarperCollins Publishers LLC, HarperCollins Christian Publishing, Inc., The Zondervan Corporation and Inc. d/b/a Zondervan Publishing as defendants.

Scott’s attorney, Joseph R. Delehanty, who was not immediately available for comment, describes her in the lawsuit as a motivational author and speaker whose message focuses on Christian women who battle insecurity and feelings of worthlessness and shame. She developed a number of Bible study methods, ministry aids, and general media and print resources for her audience.
