While Willow Creek Australia will continue to provide support, resources and advice, each local Host Church will now have greater flexibility, opportunity and responsibility. Correspondingly, our registration policies are also in transition. We appreciate your patience during this period of innovation.
Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend a particular venue, some registrations are transferable to other venues. Please contact us to enquire about transferring your registrations. Limitations apply. Registrations cannot be transferred from one year to the next – they must be used in the same GLS season. Contact us on: 07 3356 9562 or admin@willowcreek.org.au
Cancellation Policy: Registrations can be cancelled by written request to admin@willowcreek.org.au at least 2 full weeks prior to the event. A refund less $35 cancellation fee will be provided in these cases. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event will forfeit the registration fee, due to costs already incurred for the events.
