Prophet Wells plagiarises article on how to be an effective “witness for Christ”

Last year, we exposed Prophet and Pastrix of Glory City Church Amanda Wells of her theft and plagiarism in our “Elijah List Guess Who? Challenge: Culprit in the Pulpit” game. You’d think after she was exposed and humiliated while speaking at the Australian Prophetic Summit, she would have stopped her plagiarism right?

Wrong.

Amanda Wells: Culprit in the Pulpit winner for plagiarising countless people’s work for material gain.

Last year, we created this image to help people figure out when Amanda Wells is plagiarizing or not. It still rings true to this day.

Its Plagiarised

Recently, someone contacted us about Amanda Wells, wanting to know if we thought she may have read our latest article on her (where she attempted to expose us prophetically). They asked us because of her recent post she made on her FaceBook business page.

We read her latest comment on her business page. And no joke, this was a churchwatcher’s response:

“It doesn’t sound like her! I don’t think she wrote that! It’s too coherent- and there’s no spelling mistakes!

She even quotes and references a scripture correctly. How can that be her?”

Guess what? They were right. It was plagiarised.

And what did Amanda plagiarise? She plagiarised an article explaining why the world does not like to do business with Christians and how we need to change that.

Most people will read someone’s article than SHARE it on FaceBook. Not Amanda Wells. She just copies that persons work, refuses to acknowledge who wrote it and publishes it under her Amanda Wells Coaching business page to give the impression that she is quite the prophetic, brilliant and ethical, “Christian” woman.

This gives a reason for people to hate Christianity and to to blaspheme God.

Wing-gnat Wells - Amanda Wells

When Christians uphold Amanda Wells as a great prophet and business leader but do nothing about her stealing people’s intellectual property, why would the world want to do business with Christians? When we do not “expel the wicked from among us” the Christian testimony suffers , the gospel suffers and people consider Christians do not care about morality, business ethics or their own faith. It’s apostasy.

Below is the work that Amanda Wells put up on FaceBook. Below this is a number of links to the authors original work and their article itself. Whatever is highlighted in red is what Amanda Wells plagiarised.

AMANDA WELLS’ PLAGIARISED WORK

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood….” – Ephesians 6:12

Have you ever heard someone say, “I will never do business with another Christian”? I hear this comment quite often in my dealings with Christian workplace believers. This comment represents the battle that rages against us by the enemy of our soul to destroy the witness and effectiveness of Christian workplace believers. We must realise that we are in a war – a war for the souls of men, a war to discredit all that a Christian stands for, a war that is designed to divide Christian against Christian.

Satan’s ploy in the life of Christian workplace believers is to do several things to make them ineffective as soldiers in the workplace. First, he wants to discredit them by allowing them to fail other people in their professional services. This often shows up in failing to perform what they committed to do or performing in an unsatisfactory way. Sometimes, this is a result of a downright failure of the workplace believer to perform with excellence. In other cases, it may be a misunderstanding in the midst of the service that causes strife and division instigated by the enemy.

The result in both cases is the same: a division among Christians and even non-Christians, further resulting in a damaged witness for Christ. The apostle Peter admonishes us to “live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day He visits us” (1 Pet. 2:12).

There are times when each of us is thrust into situations out of our control. Sometimes this results in our inability to pay a bill on time, or to deliver a service. Defeating satan in these battles requires extra communication with those with whom we are dealing. If the motive of your heart is to do right, then God will give you favor in order to work through these difficult spots. Ask God today to show you where the enemy is seeking to make you ineffective.

We wage a spiritual war that is not flesh and blood. We must fight this war with spiritual weapons applied to practical daily living.

OS HILLMAN’S WORK

With a quick google search we found that Os Hillman’s article was published yesterday on Jama Racing Ministry,  Market Place Leaders  (MPL) and iDisciple. We tend to think that Wells plagiarised from MPL.

NOTE: ALL SCREEN GRABS TAKEN BEFORE/ON 27/02/2016.

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.

… But these, like irrational animals, creatures of instinct, born to be caught and destroyed, blaspheming about matters of which they are ignorant, will also be destroyed in their destruction, 13 suffering wrong as the wage for their wrongdoing. They count it pleasure to revel in the daytime. They are blots and blemishes, reveling in their deceptions, while they feast with you.

22 What the true proverb says has happened to them: “The dog returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire.” 2 Peter 2:2-3, 12-13, 22
