Paul warns the church in Philippians that some people,
“… indeed preach Christ from envy and rivalry, but others from good will. The latter do it out of love, knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel. The former proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely but thinking to afflict me in my imprisonment. What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed, and in that I rejoice.” Philippians 1:15-18
However, in the same letter he labels these people as dogs who put confidence in the flesh in his summary:
“Look out for the dogs, look out for the evildoers, look out for those who mutilate the flesh. For we are the circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh…” Philippians 3:2-3
Jesus calls these ‘lawless ones’ and ‘false Christs’. Specifically, he calls false prophets ‘wolves in sheeps clothing’ Matthew 7:15.
Whether he be a ‘dog’ or a wolf, and although Clayton Jennings convince some that he can preach – in reality he is a predator praying on young women in Christ’s church. A man who behaves like a ‘dog’, rallying a pack of his own to sneer at God-fearing Christians, putting confidence in his own vain appearance and in those who blindly support him at the expense of Christ and His Word.
This makes him (using his words) a ‘Do-Nothing Fake Christian’. His ministry will accompany nothing as he is an ‘evil-doer’. This article applies these biblical accusations while analyzing the sex scandals around Clayton Jennings.
When allegations surfaced that “Evangelist” Clayton Jennings was sexually abusing women, thousands of Christians did nothing. When Polemics Report/Pulpit & Pen broke the story (see their articles at the bottom of this article), thousands of Christians continued to ignore the warnings.
Then finally, the Christian Post reported,
“Clayton Jennings, a youth evangelist, author and actor who rose to fame in 2011 after his self-produced film “Strayland” became a hit, has stepped away from his ministry after several women came forward alleging he engaged in extra-marital sexual relations with them.
In a series of articles in the Polemics Report, blogger JD Hall highlighted the confessions of a number of women who claim Jennings, 28, wooed them into sexual sin while plying them at times with alcohol and pushing the use of the morning-after pill to limit the possibility of a career-ending pregnancy. The Christian News Network suggested at least six women have come forward so far…”

When Jennings’ sexual abuse was internationally exposed, thousands of Christians did…. nothing.
Not even Clayton Jennings. He stepped down briefly, thinking it would all go away.
When Jesus told us to do something when predators like Jennings refused to address his predator-like behaviour towards women, Jennings and thousands of his blind followers thumbed their nose at Jesus Christ and ignored His instructions. They insisted on doing nothing when Jesus expects his followers to treat Jennings like a “tax collector” over his unrepentant sins.
““If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.” – Jesus Christ, Matthew 18:15-17
Yet here is Jennings, ‘thumbing his nose’ at Christ and those of His church who did their biblical duty of exposing Jennings as the unrepentant predator that he is. (Watch his face and specifically his eyes flare with hatred to those he is mocking in this video.)

“Wazzup everybody? I’m in Tampa.
And there was supposed to be a revival tonight. But a bunch of DNCs tried to stop it. What’s a DNC? It’s a ‘Do-Nothing Christian’. And so people like, ‘It was going to be a good revival all night. Thought we’re going to preaching the gospel. But no body showed up’. Wait a minute! Wazzup everybody? [Pans phone camera around the room. DNFCs cheer]
And there’s an overflow room right over there filled with people too and there’s two services tomorrow. And so DNC- they’re really ‘Do-Nothing Fake Christians’, that are trying to stop this, they can’t stop the work of God. [DNFCs laugh] And you can’t stop what God is already dusting. And people will hear the gospel tonight. And I also just wanna use this time to make an announcement.
We’re launching a tour this summer, ‘Tell The World’ tour. And we’re going to tell the world about Jesus. And nothing can stop the work of the gospel. Bye!”
CONCLUSION
Consider Jennings words. He wants to ‘tell the world’ about a Jesus he refuses to listen and submit to. That sounds like a ‘Fake Christian’ conference that will ‘Do Nothing’ for the glory of Christ. And it sounds like a lot of DNFCs will be attending this conference who are captured by the empty words of an unrepentant sexual predator rather than be captive to the truth of Christ’s Word.
