The Religious News Service (RNS) have reported on two concerning New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) apostate events occurring (see article at bottom). They reported on an event in New York put on by the Purpose-Driven Apostle Rick Warren and Billy Wilson of Empowered21:
“More than two dozen ministry leaders of significant global networks convened Dec. 5-6 in New York City to combine their experience and insights toward the goal of Great Commission fulfillment within the next decade.”
And:
“The group plans to convene again at , a three-day conference and one-day stadium event hosted by Empowered21 on June 21-24, 2023 at Amsterdam RAI & Olympic Stadium. The international event will feature influential leaders and powerful speakers to launch a decade of unprecedented evangelism to get the gospel to every person on earth by 2033.”
Those behind Empowered21 are also deeply connected to the Billion Souls Network (now known as Global Church Network (GCN)). The Empowered21 website even reflects the vision, mission, purposes and goals. However, their overarching goal is to brainwash Pentecostal and Charismatic churches, denominations and movements to embrace NAR teachings.
NAR’s Faytene Grassechi uses Empowered21 to teach Luke 4 is about Dominionism.
WHY THE YEAR 2033?
On The 700 Club back in 2015, Billy Wilson explained why there was a focus on the year 2033 (emphasis added):
“But what about the future? What’s going to happen in the next ten to fifteen years? And what could happen by 2033, which is the two-thousand-year anniversary of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts chapter 2. So Empowered21 is a network that’s formed around the world of leaders working together to help the next generation connect with the power of the Holy Spirit. It’s about the Holy Spirit, unity [and] the next generation. And we’re calling for this large global congress in Jerusalem in 2015 this year.” [1:32]

What is stunning about this event in Amsterdam? This is simply a recycled attempt of 2015, with these NAR network of leaders hell-bent on trying to unite Pentecostals and Charismatics under their tyrannical apostolic headship – in order to bring on another ‘Pentecost’.
Needless to say, the Empowered21 in 2015 event was a complete flop.
But that’s not stopping European pastors, leaders and churches to fall for this extra-biblical apostate rubbish:

WHY IS THIS A THREAT TO MODERN DAY EVANGELICALISM?
Again, under the guise of being either Pentecostal or Charismatic, the majority the leaders in the ‘Global Church Network’ are New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) – A/apostles, P/prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers and leaders.
In other words, they are attempting to infiltrate, dominate and control Charismatic and Pentecostal churches and denominations. This case can be easily argued simply because of the recent name change.
James O Davis claims he is the founder of the Billion Soul Network (now renamed . His current website reads:

One of the backbone theologies driving this agenda and network is the extra-biblical prophecy of the late NAR ‘Prophet’ (and convicted sexual offender) Bob Jones – known as ‘The Billion Soul prophecy’.

What is the “Billion Soul Prophecy”?
This prophecy married to the idea of the ‘hastening’ or ‘quickening’ doctrine (that we can believers can hasten the return of Christ by getting the gospel all over the earth), are both New Order of the Latter Rain heresies. This doomsday cult which the NAR is built on, is convinced that they are responsible for bringing the gospel to the corners of the earth, in order to unlock a great end-times revival and to harvest a billion+ souls, triggering Christ’s return.
No scripture teaches this unless people embrace the extra-biblical teachings of the William Branham, the NOLR cult or NAR A/apostles today. However, thanks to many of Bob Jones’s false prophecies, A/apostles and P/prophets of the NAR have formed their own ministries based off his false predictions. Look no further than to frauds like James Goll or James Davis. We start with James Davis.
These evil men cannot be scrutinized. It was only a matter of time, when critics started connecting James Davis’s ‘Billion Souls Network’ to the false prophecies of Bob Jones, that the name changed to ‘Global Church Network’.

And this now brings us to Apostle James Goll within the NAR. He too understands in his NAR worldview the importance of Bob Jones’s ‘Billion Soul’ prophecy.
James Goll writes:
Signs of the Times: Billion-Soul Harvest Has Begun
In 1983, Seer Prophet Bob Jones predicted that three key signs would occur as indicators of when the Billion-Soul Harvest, particularly of youth, would begin. I want to review these prophetic signs of the times with you, because I believe it is clear: The Great Harvest has begun! And I want you to exercise faith and believe for this great harvest in Jesus’s name!
It’s good to review things, isn’t it?
Habakuk 3:2 reads, “Lord, I have heard the report about You, and I was afraid. Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years. In the midst of the years make it known. In anger remember mercy.”
Part of that verse is also then quoted for us in other places like Psalm 85:4–6, “Restore us again, God our Savior, and put away your displeasure toward us. Will you be angry with us forever? Will you prolong your anger through all generations? Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?”
I want to be a bridge from prophetic history from the past to the present to the future. And I also want to lead us in crying out in intercession for the fulfillment of God’s prophetic promises. Would you pray with me?
Father, thank you for the word of God, the scriptures. Oh Lord, we have heard a report and we are asking that you would revive your work in the midst of the years and that you would grant mercy. And the book of James says that mercy triumphs over judgment. And so we are calling forth for the higher law in your heart and we make an appeal to that, that mercy would prevail in a time of darkness.
Bob Jones’s Billion-Soul Harvest Prophecy
So I’m now going to recite the three words that Bob Jones gave in 1983 about this elusive thing called the Billion-Soul Harvest.
Now, I know these words firsthand, but I have also been checking this out again because there are many versions about these words of Bob Jones’s. So, I have…
1. Watched and listened to a series of interviews with Mike Bickle from the international House of Prayer in Kansas City.
2. Watched a video interview of my friend Wesley Campbell with Mike Bickle that was done recently about the billion-soul harvest.
3. Talked in recent months with my friends Walt and Julie Meyer, who lived in Kansas City during all those early years, and now are a part in Santa Maria, California of the healing rooms and the House of Prayer that is there.
I have done a little bit of due diligence because I wasn’t going to just rely on my own rehearsing or memory of these profound words.
3 Signs the Great Harvest Has Begun
So here we go. What did Bob say?
1. Abortion would be perfected and be made available by a pill.
Planned Parenthood just announced the Abortion Pill is available to order without doctors or parents’ consent to use at home.
Bob said abortion would be perfected by a pill. Mike Bickle even turned to Bob and asked, “Bob, do you even know what an abortion is?” And Bob persisted by saying abortion will be perfected by a pill.
This pill is available now over the counter and you can even order it by mail and take it by yourself unattended in your own home, not even going to a clinic.
Bob Jones prophesied this in 1983—that abortion would be perfected by a pill. And we can say right now for sure that this word has been fulfilled.
Isaiah 60 says that darkness will cover the earth and gross darkness the people, and then a light will shine.
So, darkness is the backdrop for when light will shine the brightest.
2. Homosexual marriage would be legalized and openly promoted in the United States.
The Respect for Marriage Act was passed by the 117th U.S. Congress and became law on December 13, 2022.
It repealed the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and requires that the U.S. federal government and all U.S. states and territories recognize the validity of same sex unions and give them the same provisions given to marriages between a man and a woman.
This was signed into law by President Joe Biden.
3. Workers in rice fields in Asia would be watching 24/7 worship and prayer on unplugged television sets on their wrists.
Now, in 1983 we hardly had 24-7 worship and prayer. There was in Soul Korea with Prayer Mountain and perhaps in a few other locations.
But in Kansas City with the International House of Prayer, 24-7 worship and prayer has now been going for 20 something years.
It’s filmed, it’s available, and it can actually be viewed on unplugged television sets on your wrist.
Bob Jones saw this and used the only language he could try to describe an indescribable invention that in 1983 did not exist. That’s pretty amazing!
Great HarvestNow I believe with all confidence that all three of these prophetic signs have been fulfilled—and the great harvest has begun.
So, What Do We Do Now?
So now let’s take encouragement from this. Let’s go back to our scripture.
“Lord, I have heard the report about You, and I was afraid. Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years. In the midst of the years make it known. In anger remember mercy.”
And that is our appeal today.
I don’t believe that we should take Bob’s word, “a billion-soul harvest” as the final word on the harvest. We see in part, we know in part, and we prophesy in part. And as great as Bob’s word was—why are we limiting the harvest to be 1 billion? Because he saw 1 billion in 1983?
We have a whole lot more people alive on earth today than we did in 1983.
So why not 2 billion? So let’s do this. Let’s pull a Joel 3:13 and “Put in the sickle for the harvest is ripe.”
Now with full confidence. Now with full faith, we can say that the signs have been fulfilled.
Many people have been saying, well, when does this billion-soul harvest begin?
I have wondered that myself.
Let’s just draw line right now and say, the billion-soul harvest has now begun because we know for sure that those three signs are truly fulfilled. Abortion by appeal is perfected and readily available. Homosexuality is legalized and promoted because on Dec 13, 2022, it was authorized by the U.S. government. And now with new technology, anyone can watch 24-7 worship and prayer on their wrists.
Let’s pray together for the harvest in Jesus’ great Name!
Prayer for the Great Harvest
Father God, in the majestic name of Jesus, we count it a great honor to be alive in this hour, an hour of prophetic destiny that the prophets of old spoke about. We also consider it an honor that the lamp of the Lord of revelation shines brightly in this day. Holy Spirit, we believe the words of the prophets from times past and of those whom You have sent in more recent times. We add our faith to Your great promise for a billion-soul harvest, especially of youth. We believe a day is coming when stadiums around the world will be filled with people seeking Your face, and signs and wonders will be poured out. Yes, send the promised outpouring of Your Holy Spirit in this very generation, for Jesus Christ’s sake! Amen and Amen!
