WHAT IS THE NEW APOSTOLIC REFORMATION?

There is a global cult that is emerging in Evangelicalism which has been called the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). You can read the experiences of other Christians leaving the movement here:

The NAR has continued to evolve in its identity and doctrine, many leaders within the movement attributing its connection to the New Order of the Latter Rain (NOLR) in 1948.

Since then, the NOLR has continually been criticized and therefore repeatedly rebranded itself over the decades. These are the most prominent forms from each decade:

• The New Order of the Latter Rain (NOLR) in the 1940s.
• The Voice of Healing Movement (VHM) in the 1950s.
• The Charismatic Renewal Movement (CRM) in the 1960s.
• The Shepherding/Discipleship Movement (SDM) in the 1970s.
• The Prophetic-Apostolic Movement (PAM) in the 1980s.
• The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) in the 1990s.

NOTE: Pentecostalism never was NOLR or CRM. While the NOLR/CRM/NAR are still attemting to infiltrate and take over
Pentecostal churches, the Pentecostal AOG Church in 1949 condemned it.

The NOLR was responsible in birthing the Church Growth Movement (CGM) which eventually produced within Evangelicalism the Purpose Driven Life (PDL) cult (link). It was also responsible in birthing the Health and Wealth and Word of Faith cults (link), which today plague Christianity around the globe.

The leader of the NOLR was George Hawtin. It’s other leaders were Ernest Hawtin, Herrick Holt and Percy Hunt. They were influenced by the teachings of Franklin Hall. William Marrion Branham also influenced them with his teachings and ministry through his so-called “healing ministry” and is often seen as the face of the movement.

George Warnock was a teacher in this movement that helped document a lot of the teachings of the NOLR. other important individuals who were involved in the NOLR and the spread of its teachings were Paul Cain, Bill Hamon, Violet Kiteley and elder Jim Watt. 9. God will raise up Little Gods (aka Man Child Company, Manifest Sons of God) . [Source, George Warnock]
10. There is healing, miracles, signs and wonders in the atonement. [Source: William Branham, Franklin Hall]
11. Christians can impart, identify, bestow or confirm spiritual gifts by the laying on of hands and prophecy. [Source]

A FALSE GOSPEL

You will learn:

• The NAR Gospel: The Gospel of the Kingdom is all about bringing heaven to earth and manifesting the presence of God on the earth which MUST happen in all fullness in order to trigger Christ’s return.
• NAR Characteristics: William Branham preaches the Latter Rain/NAR Gospel of the Kingdom.
• That NAR Apostle Lance Wallnau preaches the Gospel of the Kingdom and exalts it above Christ’s gospel of salvation and his belief that the Gospel of the Kingdom is being restored to the church in all it’s power to bring an end times army/revival.

A FALSE COMMISSION

• Seven Mountain Mandate (7MM) commission: Gillman Hill, Loren Cunningham and Lance Wallnau talk about the 7MM. You will hear that they do not justify this new commission with scripture but claim God revealed this SLSW to the NAR Apostles/Prophets.
• You will learn that the 7MM emerged from the NAR Gospel may years later and was invented by Lorren Cunningham (of YWAM) and Bill Bright (of Campus Crusades).

EPISODE 2: A FALSE ECCLESIOLOGY & FALSE AUTHORITY

C. PETER WAGNER’S DOMINIONISM

Segments and NAR concepts exposed in this program:

A FALSE ECCLESIOLOGY

• Of C. Peter Wagner, head researcher and leader of the NAR phenomena, Apostle, Prophet and leader of the NAR (although he denies he is).
• How Wagner sets apart the NAR movement from Christianity, claiming they are the fastest growing religion/movement right next to Islam.
• the NAR peddle dominionism and how this drives their ecclesiology.
• the NAR believe that God is implementing new roles and divine strategies in the church such as “strategic spiritual warfare”, “intercessory prayer”, “spiritual mapping”, etc.
• of foreign ideas how the new church of the new era will be lead, governed and how it will supposedly grow in relation to the world and the ‘end times’.
• the NAR borrows a lot of it’s ideas from sociological studies (in sermon review).
• the NAR is very pro-war. That being actual bloodshed-like ware, in spite of attempting to make it sound as though it is ‘spiritual’ warfare.

A FALSE AUTHORITY

You will learn:

• church offices are redefined (apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, leaders, etc).
• apostolic/prophetic governance and apostolic/prophetic networks will cause the church to fully operate in full power under divine spiritual authority to restore and advance the Gospel of the Kingdom.

EPISODE 3: A FALSE ANTHROPOLOGY & A FALSE ESCHATOLOGY

THE NEW BREED & THE CHARISMATIC CIVIL WAR

A FALSE ANTHROPOLOGY

• the NAR teaches that people need to have their spirit (blue matter) subdue their minds (gray matter).
• those who operate from either from either matter are Blue Coats (the spiritual) or the Gray Coats (the religious).
• those who are ruled by the Gray Matter are demonically possessed and tormented.

A FALSE ESCHATOLOGY

• the NAR  are pushing for a “Great Civil War” in the church, (Lakeland being a prime example of such hostility to Christians who questioned the legitimacy of Todd Bentley).
• those leading this end-time warring church are the ‘New Breed’ (also called the Manchild, the Sons of Thunder/Zebedee or the Manifest Sons of God).
• the New Breed will bring God’s judgment and (to some major players in the NAR), will be god incarnate (Bob Jones/Todd Bentley do in this episode – and other countless Apostles and Prophets endorse them).
