[Update: We have provided the transcript of this video]
Che Ahn recently said this very revealing comment about how he positions himself underneath “Apostle” Bill Johnson.
“Welcome to Equipping the Saints.
I’m your host, Ché Ahn, and I’m with one of my closest friends—someone I love dearly. We’re covenant brothers. We actually go on vacation together. We call it a retreat, but it’s actually a vacation where we have a lot of fun. nd we’ve been doing that, Bill, since 2006, so it’s been amazing. Almost 20 years of hanging out.
And when you’re with someone for a whole week, you really get to know them. And I just wanted to say, Bill, you’re the real deal. But you are- from the bottom of- most people see you from the pulpit, but I know you personally, and you’re such a Christlike leader.
In fact, I see Bill as my Apostle. So such an honour to have you here.”

This retreat/vacation is legitimate. At the Lakeland revival around 2008, “Che Ahn tells of a prophetic wave while part of a retreat with other apostolic leaders in Hawaii.” These are his words (emphasis in red):
“Last week we were having a retreat based on a prophetic word that Bob Jones gave two years ago.
He said- Listen!
“Bring the Revivalists together.”
And so Heidi Baker got that word. Shared it with John Arnott, Bill Johnson, with me. And so we gathered together.
Bill said, “I’ll pay for it.” Bill Johnson put us up at a five star hotel in Hawaii. We were having the meeting right on the grass, under the cover of the cabana, because – you know, Randy was there. Randy Clark’s fair skin and didn’t want to get burnt up. And we were a hundred yards, maybe, I would say 200, 200 feet from the beach.”

Here is the original video where Che Ahn talks about Bill Johnson being his apostle:
To start Season 3 of Equipping The Saints, host Ché Ahn sits down with his close friend and covenant brother, Bill Johnson. Together, they dive deep into navigating pain, loss, and disappointment with faith, discussing Bill’s personal journey after the loss of his wife. Bill shares wisdom on offering praise to God in the midst of suffering, and Ché reflects on the strength of embracing mystery instead of demanding answers.
Bill Johnson teaches how moments of tragedy can deepen our relationship with God, using his experience of grief to inspire others to live authentically in the presence of Christ. This episode is filled with biblical insight, practical advice, and encouragement for anyone going through difficult times.

God has done great things in the more than four decades I’ve been serving Him — and it’s not over yet. Ché Ahn Media is taking the work of the Lord to the next step, imparting the heart that He has placed in me into other believers around the world as a part of the legacy I want to leave to the Body of Christ.
Ché Ahn and his wife, Sue, have been the Senior Pastors of Harvest Rock Church in Pasadena, California, since 1994. Ché is the President of Harvest International Ministry, an apostolic network in over 65 nations, and the International Chancellor of Wagner University. He received his M.Div. and D.Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary and has authored numerous books, including his latest release, Turning Our Nation Back to God Through Historic Revival.
In 2020, Ché soared into national prominence as he championed religious freedom in a federal lawsuit, on behalf of his church and 150 other churches in California, challenging the unconstitutional lockdown of religious gatherings during the pandemic. In 2021, the U.S. Supreme Court granted them a historic settlement ensuring the constitutional right to worship for all Americans in perpetuity.
Ché and Sue have been married for over 44 years. They have four wonderful, married adult children and a growing number of grandchildren.

0:47
welcome to equipping the Saints I’m your
0:49
host chayon and I’m with one of my
0:51
closest friends whom I love or cover
0:54
their brothers and we actually go on
0:56
vacation together we call it a retreat
0:58
but it’s actually a vacation where we
0:59
have lot of fun and we’ve been doing
1:01
that bill since 2006 so it’s been
1:03
amazing uh almost 20 years worth of
1:06
hanging out and when you are with
1:09
someone for a whole week you really get
1:10
to know them and I just wanted to say
1:12
Bill you’re the real deal but you are
1:14
from the in the Pulpit where most people
1:16
see you yeah I know you personally and
1:19
you’re such a Christlike leader in fact
1:22
I I see Bill as my Paul so and so it’s
1:24
such an honor to have you here love you
1:26
so much bless you too so you know I I I
1:30
want to just uh talk about the elephant
1:32
in the room your wife just went home to
1:34
be with the Lord number of months ago
1:36
yep and you said something to me that
1:38
was kind of stunning when I was just
1:39
with you a month ago in Reading you said
1:42
you immediately went to the the school
1:44
of the Supernatural and you told the
1:46
students ask me any question you want
1:48
I’m an open book so why did you position
1:52
yourself in such a tender moment like
1:54
that and and what was some of the
1:56
questions that the students asked you
1:58
the why is because it’s uh those are
2:02
moments you never have again you don’t
2:04
have those moments to help people with
2:07
in the middle of something you know five
2:09
years down the road you can look back
2:10
and talk about it if you can uh as an
2:13
open book teach people and model and
2:17
openly discuss so that they can navigate
2:19
their own Journey because everybody’s
2:20
got something going on where there’s
2:22
disappointment loss as well as the great
2:24
promises that are fulfilled I wanted to
2:27
do it in in the open so that uh people
2:31
would be encouraged but also um really
2:35
summoned to a higher lifestyle uh in the
2:38
middle of pain yeah yeah well that’s
2:40
amazing to me because it’s so much like
2:42
Jesus I was just recalling Matthew 14
2:44
when Jesus hears that John the Baptist
2:46
was just beheaded yeah he withdraws to
2:49
be by himself but then the crowds follow
2:51
him yeah and he is moved with compassion
2:55
and he starts to Pastor them and starts
2:57
to minister to them and in the same way
3:00
with you you went right after uh
3:02
Ministry and serving the lord yeah yeah
3:04
four days after she died I did you know
3:07
it was that Sunday you have to take your
3:09
tender moments and you don’t have to be
3:11
good at it you don’t have to be
3:13
brilliant you just have to be honest and
3:14
authentic and honestly yeah that was one
3:18
of the best messages I ever heard and of
3:20
course I watched it I think went viral
3:22
yeah but you said something that was so
3:25
profound you said when we get to heaven
3:28
there’ll be no more pain he’ll wipe the
3:29
tear from our eye and yet we have an
3:32
opportunity while we’re going through
3:33
this suffering this time the privilege
3:36
you said to Worship the Lord could you
3:38
just elaborate on that yeah yeah
3:39
absolutely yeah as you stated In Heaven
3:42
There is no confusion there’s no regret
3:45
there’s no uh anger or disappointment
3:48
there’s none of that stuff because it’s
3:50
all been healed so the only chance I
3:52
have to give him an offering that cost
3:56
me something an offering in the middle
3:57
of disappointment in the middle of
3:59
unexplained able pain and loss is here
4:02
so I’ve got to grab my moment because
4:04
that’s my chance to give him a Priceless
4:06
gift right anyone can Rejoice after they
4:08
got the raise or bought the house or
4:10
their favorite sport team you know won
4:12
the championship and and we should
4:14
rejoice in those moments but the
4:16
character of Christ is formed in Us by
4:19
grabbing our moments to give him honor
4:21
and praise in the middle of loss because
4:23
my loss doesn’t change his character
4:25
doesn’t change his nature right I can’t
4:27
let my disappointment redefine who who
4:29
he is yeah and so I have to live
4:32
according to who he is and he is he is
4:35
authentically good I tell our folks this
4:37
I said listen I won’t sacrifice what I
4:40
know about the goodness of God on the
4:42
altar of human reasoning so that I have
4:44
an explanation for something that didn’t
4:46
happen the way I thought it should and
4:48
one of the things I love is your
4:50
theology of that we just have to live
4:51
with mystery instead of having all the
4:53
answers we don’t have all the answers
4:55
yet yeah uh one day we’ll see more
4:57
clearly but right now we’re looking
4:59
through a mirror dimly so how did you
The power of praise in pain
5:01
come to that position because obviously
5:05
life is full of mysteries I think it’s a
5:07
treasure I think to not know something
5:10
and still be able to trust him is the
5:13
evidence of a relationship wonderful he
5:15
loves questions he loves me to pursue
5:17
wisdom and knowledge yeah and so I cry
5:19
out to God for insight but my obedience
5:21
is never tied to understanding right my
5:24
obedience is tied to what he says what
5:26
does he say to do that’s all I need to
5:27
know the point is is that the more more
5:29
I’m able to embrace
5:32
mystery the more he can trust me with
5:34
Revelation yeah it’s really sad because
5:37
there are so many people going through a
5:38
hard time right now yeah and they want
5:40
answers but but Jesus himself said in
5:43
John 16 in this world you’ll have
5:45
tribulation but be of good cheer because
5:47
I’ve overcome the world so we know at
5:49
the end we win the kingdom of this world
5:52
will become the kingdom of our Lord and
5:54
of his Christ so I really want to
5:56
encourage those who are watching are
5:57
going through a hard time I I just I
5:59
just want to give you one word from
6:00
first Thessalonians 5 in everything give
6:03
thanks not for everything but in the
6:05
midst of his worship because that’s what
6:07
you did and how did that help you what
6:10
happened because you said I’ve
6:11
experienced extraordinary Grace oh yeah
6:14
since that
6:15
period I have I have it feels like I’ve
6:19
been in this bubble of Grace Grace is
6:20
that enabling presence of God yeah what
6:23
happens when you give praise he he
6:25
occupies praise yes he inhabits praise
6:28
so the point is is that if I navigate My
6:31
Tragedy well it’ll always lead me to an
6:34
encounter with him and the encounter is
6:36
what heals
6:37
me answers don’t answers May satisfy my
6:41
curiosity but they don’t heal Brokenness
6:43
they don’t heal despair they don’t heal
6:46
any of that stuff they just you know and
6:48
I believe we’re supposed to pursue
6:49
answers but not hold him Hostage to an
6:52
answer well there’s a negative side you
6:53
know knowledge puffs up you could just
6:55
think you know it and when you really
6:57
don’t know it but having an encounter is
6:59
what transforms us that’s true and so
7:01
that’s why love edifies and may God give
7:04
you an encounter with his love during
7:06
your difficult time Bill I I’ve been
7:09
just so amazed at your legacy uh your
7:12
fifth generation uh Pastor not just a
7:15
pastor but a Pentecostal charismatic
7:18
pastors on your father’s side and four
7:20
on your mom my mom’s yeah and U just
7:23
talk about uh uh bringing up the Next
7:26
Generation because I feel there’s a real
7:28
concern uh for Gen z uh Barna came out
7:32
with the study on the Millennials like
7:34
only 8% of have a Biblical worldview
7:36
what could you tell uh the Christian
7:39
parents are watching they’re concerned
7:40
for the kids where are some of the
7:41
principles that you’re that was passed
7:43
down to you by your parents and even
7:45
your grandparents first of all it starts
7:48
with being authentic that uh what you
7:50
teach What You Preach has got to be it’s
7:53
got to be authentic in the home the way
7:55
you the way I treat my wife yeah the way
7:58
I treat my children the way we talk
8:00
about people around the dinner table I
8:02
never ever heard my parents criticize
8:04
another person we’d sit at the dinner
8:06
table all those years never once my kids
8:08
have never heard me do it because we
8:10
won’t we just don’t have that as our
8:12
topic of conversation yeah and uh so
8:15
first all it’s living authentically
8:17
surrender to Christ at home so
8:19
everything from my support of the Little
8:21
League games to to the youth nights to
8:24
whatever it might be the Youth Camp the
8:26
spiritual and supposedly non-spiritual
8:28
activities is that they’re all for him
8:31
and and about our Delight as a family
8:34
right and when you do life authentically
8:36
then it gives kind of a uh a foundation
8:39
that you can build on so we chose to
8:42
make sure our children were exposed to
8:44
World need to crisis pain we’d go to the
8:47
dumps Tijana bring the clothing the
8:49
blankets the food we kept them exposed
8:52
to community how we sacrificed to be in
8:55
Covenant relationships with people so
8:57
they were involved as children in
8:59
relation ships with other families right
9:01
and we kept them exposed to Supernatural
9:03
activities to make sure that not just
9:05
what we were experiencing but we would
9:07
travel or we’d bring guests into the
9:09
church where the Miracles would take
9:11
place things that were beyond what we
9:13
were accustomed to the power of God was
9:15
on display the prophetic we’ bring in
9:17
the prophets and so they had a constant
9:20
diet of those kinds of things right and
9:23
it helps to set values it helps to set
9:26
um it helps to create a hunger for the
9:28
authentic so they see all the fake stuff
9:30
and that’s all they want is the
9:31
authentic I remember you sharing about
9:33
um it was either your grandparents or
9:36
some relative just talking about some of
9:38
the healing evangelists in the past like
9:40
Amy simple mcferon and you just sit
9:42
there mesmerized and hungry for it and
9:44
you just wanted to just soak up
9:46
everything tell tell them about what
9:47
happened my mom’s parents she was they
9:49
were like in their 40s or 40 I think
9:51
when she was born so um they they sat
9:55
into Wigglesworth Ministry and uncle
9:58
that was uh he at home with the Lord now
10:00
but he was a soloist for Amy simp
10:02
mcferson wow so but yeah we would my
10:04
grandfather would tell me he says you
10:06
know not everybody liked
10:07
Wigglesworth of course we love him now
10:10
because he’s dead
10:11
but every the church treats him like the
10:15
Israel a prophet yeah he was he was a
10:18
noons yeah in your face uh speak the
10:21
truth in love maybe not so much in
10:24
love yeah I I think so it’s just his his
10:27
unusual personality but but but the
10:29
point is is is they were you know they
10:31
were exposed to that early on in fact my
10:33
my grandfather was baptized in the Holy
10:35
Spirit
10:36
19001 and my grandmother 193 so that’s
10:39
before isusa Street yeah and so yeah
10:42
great I I’m so encouraged by this
10:45
because you know the sins of the fathers
10:47
were passed to the third and fourth
10:48
generation talks about that Exodus 20 I
10:50
think verse 4 but the love of God to a
10:54
thousand generations to those who love
10:56
him and Obey him and so I want encourag
10:59
if you’re believed but your son’s a
11:01
prodal or daughter has walked away claim
11:05
the generational blessing amen and
11:07
especially acts 16:31 believe on the
11:09
Lord Jesus and you and your family will
11:12
be saved my parents uh were Believers my
11:15
grandparents were Believers and I know
11:17
I’m here because of their legacy and so
11:19
it just gives me this confidence I just
11:21
want to encourage those who are going
11:22
through a difficult time in their home
11:25
to continue to believe and contend for
11:26
your family of course we pray for our
11:28
kids every day continue to pray for them
11:31
you know you’re so such so word oriented
11:34
and I’ve heard you teach from everything
11:36
from the Psalms to of course the
11:38
teachings of Jesus but apart from Jesus
11:40
who is your favorite character in The
11:43
Bible and why uh David okay yeah David
11:47
would be because of his tenderness
11:48
towards the Lord and yet his obvious
11:51
masculinity yeah is willingness to rise
11:53
up and go to war where it was needed he
11:55
had this unusual tender so it’s a it’s a
11:58
strange combination that I think is
12:01
supposed to be the norm of of the the
12:04
boldness but also this incredible
12:06
tenderness towards the Lord I think he’s
12:08
like the Prototype of Jesus in the Old
12:10
Testament because he was a worshipper
12:12
agree he was a king of course Jesus is
12:14
the king of kings and yet um a just
12:18
incredible uh poet songwriter I mean
12:22
just you renaissance man you know acts
12:25
two calls him a prophet yes and he was a
12:27
prophet David being a prophet SP that’s
12:29
right so he was a king prophet he was
Embracing mystery in the Christian journey
12:32
everything he was like Jesus and
12:33
function as a priest really amazing so I
12:36
admire him so much for that well that’s
12:38
a good example what about in church
12:39
history after the New Testament period
12:41
who would you my my favorite is John G
12:43
Lake really that’s yeah because of his
12:47
understanding of the Kingdom I feel like
12:49
he was a hundred years ahead of his time
12:50
you know it’s amazing about U how he
12:53
transformed a city that was not a sick
12:55
person in his hometown what stood out in
12:58
his Supernatural Ministry for you his
13:00
confidence in God his his absolute
13:03
unwillingness to be impressed with
13:05
anything the devil was
13:07
doing if you didn’t know that’s how what
13:10
faith looked like you’d think it was
13:11
arrogant you know he would hold the
13:13
disease in his hand and he’d say the
13:15
life in me is greater than the life in
13:18
that disease didn’t they someone just
13:20
take like a microscope or something like
13:21
that put it under a microscope it was
13:24
fluid from the blue bonic plague and he
13:26
put it in his hand and the doctor says
13:28
you’re going to die from that disease he
13:29
said the life in me is greater than this
13:31
disease they put it under microscope and
13:32
died all the disease died so he had such
13:36
an audacity to trust God for anything
13:38
well I love that because you you said
13:41
something that was really profound even
13:43
with David I I heard about you know
13:46
there was a book years ago man of velvet
13:48
and Man of Steel so the tenderness and
13:50
also the strength title and then you
13:52
talk about John jle because he was
13:54
really a humble man and yet he had
13:56
incredible confidence and faith that
13:58
came across arrogant so is that it seems
14:01
like a just a contradiction but you
14:03
could be both yeah it’s supposed to be
14:06
two sides of the same coin it’s it’s
14:09
supposed to be because you can find
14:10
Tender people but they don’t stand up
14:12
sometimes when when you need and you
14:14
have bold people that don’t know how to
14:17
how to dial down and you know it says if
14:19
Jesus he wouldn’t he wouldn’t extinguish
14:22
a dimly burning Wick he wouldn’t
14:23
carelessly breathe towards a candle that
14:25
was almost out yeah it was that that
14:28
treasure for the small amount of life
14:30
that existed he he lived to protect it
14:32
you know the thing I love about um you
14:34
know it says in Psalm 89:14 that the
14:36
foundation of his throne is
14:38
righteousness and Justice yes and then
14:40
Love and Truth proceeds from his throne
14:43
and I love that because a lot of people
14:44
speak the truth but it’s harsh yeah and
14:47
then the love and truth we’re to speak
14:49
the truth and love and so you need love
14:52
could be also misinterpreted as just
14:54
being nice as someone said nice is not
14:57
one of the nine fruits of the spirit
14:59
kindnesses but not being nice and I
15:01
think the church is too nice we want to
15:03
be so accepting and so tolerant that we
15:07
compromise on definition of marriage or
15:10
abortion you know that this is murder
15:12
this is wrong y uh and so again Justice
15:15
and righteousness truth and love and
15:17
tell me about that because Bill you
15:19
you’re such a man of the word and yet we
15:23
know that the the apostles didn’t have
15:25
the New Testament at the time they were
15:28
ministering but they had the spirit of
15:30
Truth and and yet they brought about the
15:32
greatest Revival The Establishment the
15:35
church and of course later on there the
15:37
scripture as we know it came together
15:39
but how has that value and balance been
15:42
worked out in your life you know I I
15:44
don’t studies to have
15:46
sermons I just I don’t study so that I
15:49
have something to say I only study so I
15:51
can be changed yeah I expose myself to
15:55
what God is saying I I take my time over
15:59
the hard portions the confrontive
16:01
portions of scripture I don’t skim over
16:03
them I used to be very introspective and
16:05
very self-critical and is really
16:06
crippling me in many ways as a leader
16:08
and just as a child of God I remember
16:11
coming before the Lord I said Lord I’m
16:12
in your word every day cut me cut me you
16:15
said it’s a sword cut me I’m with your
16:18
people all the time I love The
16:19
Fellowship of the Saints give me the
16:21
slap of a friend wow I’m in your
16:24
presence constantly and it’s a consuming
16:26
fire so burn whatever you need to burn
16:29
in me but I’m not going to look for
16:31
problems anymore yeah you’ll have to
16:33
point them out to me and so that means
16:36
that in my study of the word I’m not
16:38
studying it because I’m a professional
16:40
I’ve got to study because I expect to
16:43
encounter the god of the word it’s the
16:44
only book you study the author shows up
16:46
when you study it yeah and that’s the
16:48
whole point yeah well you just convicted
16:50
90% of the pastors are watching because
16:53
they studied for the message instead of
16:56
that just intimacy and relationship of
16:58
knowing him
17:00
hi I’m jayon I’m the president and
17:02
founder of harvest International
17:03
Ministry Harvest International Ministry
17:06
uh the acronym is actually H it’s all
17:09
about him it’s all about Jesus and his
17:11
kingdom was started in 1996 with a
17:14
vision of reaching the unreached peoples
17:16
of the earth since then Revival was
17:18
broken out and now we’re in 70 nations
17:21
with thousands of churches as part of hi
17:25
we didn’t start all these churches we
17:27
have empowered leaders national leaders
17:29
in respective Nations and giving them
17:31
the resources to start these churches
17:34
including finances and I believe that
17:36
God’s going to fill the Earth with his
17:38
glory as the water covers the sea as
17:40
Habu 2:14 prophesies will you partner
17:44
with us and reaching Nations we’re
17:45
serious about fulfilling the Great
17:47

[Music]
18:34
if you’re ever visiting the area we’d
18:36
love to see you at one of our five
18:37
campuses for more information check out
18:40
our website or any of our social media
18:44
platforms out of all the books you
18:46
written what are the ones in your
18:47
opinion I know it’s like what’s your
18:49
favorite child your favorite child but
18:51
but which book do you feel has been the
18:54
one that you feel it is is is what the
18:57
spirit of God is saying to to the church
18:59
right now that you feel that people need
19:01
to get a hold of there’s two themes one
19:03
is the value of the presence hosting the
19:06
presence living in the presence where
19:09
everything we do we live conscious of
19:11
the spirit of God on us my key verse for
19:13
my life in recent years is if you abide
Raising the next generation with authentic faith
19:15
in me my words abide in you you’ll ask
19:17
whatever you want it’ll be done for you
19:19
yeah the goal isn’t to get what I want
19:22
the goal is that I could be so one with
19:24
him that I would pray prayers that would
19:26
shape the course of world history amen
19:28
but to do that I have to abide in him
19:30
which is living in the felt realization
19:32
of presence yeah and then his word
19:34
abiding in me that’s the intentional
19:36
embracing of anything he says where you
19:38
hold it dear as a treasure you Ponder
19:40
you review that combination sets me up
19:43
as a world changer oh that’s awesome and
19:45
so the books I have uh face to face with
19:48
God hosting the presence those are
19:49
critical in that area amen the flip side
19:52
of that would be the significance of the
19:54
of the believer we love it when people
19:56
Give in secret we’re not as happy with
19:58
them when they’re rewarded and open cuz
20:00
we have a theology for the cross but we
20:02
don’t know what Resurrection looks like
20:04
when God blesses a person’s life to live
20:07
responsibly in a place of significance
20:09
right so I have a book on the
20:11
significance of of the believer right
20:13
and the other probably the most
20:14
undervalued book I’ve written is uh
20:17
Dreaming With God it’s the C- laboring
20:18
with him so those are my two themes that
20:20
I champion thank you I want to ask you I
20:24
feel that we’re in the early stages of
20:26
another Revival amen amen and I went to
20:29
Asbury and I just felt more in love with
20:31
Jesus and that to me is a sign what do
20:33
you sense of the the season we’re in if
20:36
I can give just a quick little personal
20:38
story AB during the pandemic we decided
20:42
to have this big tent in our parking lot
20:44
and we just started with prayer meetings
20:46
and it was windy it was rainy it was
20:48
cold there was no sides to the tent
20:50
water would flow through the middle of
20:51
the tent but it was packed out night
20:53
after night small children would be
20:55
there wrapped in blankets sitting on the
20:58
ground
20:59
and it was it was the most inconvenient
21:02
Gathering you could possibly have and
21:04
yet it was packed and the Lord spoke to
21:06
US during that season and he and he
21:09
spoke to us out of a movie and it it was
21:12
Rocky 3 I believe where Rocky was going
21:14
to fight this new guy and his and his
21:16
manager says he’ll kill you and Rocky
21:18
say fast forward the conversation what
21:21
do I need to do and the the conclusion
21:23
was we need to get back to the old gym
21:25
we need to get back to what got us here
21:28
CU some times when you experience
21:29
Revival and breakthrough and the
21:31
blessing of the Lord you become
21:33
cushioned to the pain it took to get you
21:36
where you are right and that’s what we
21:38
see happening that’s what I see
21:39
happening with this prayer meeting in
21:41
Asbury and what 20 some other colleges
21:43
around the country no it’s broken out
21:45
lat is like 200 it’s it’s amazing what’s
21:48
going on St well that’s what’s happening
21:51
is the Lord is restoring us back to the
21:53
old gym the key is the fact that people
21:55
are are simplifying their focus simp
21:58
find their life to seek the face of God
22:00
again and he’s responding one of the
22:03
things that has happened also during the
22:05
Jesus Revolution we saw such a harvest
22:07
come in and so many people got saved and
22:09
something has happened because we’ve
22:11
seen more people getting saved in the
22:13
last few months and I personally have
22:15
led more people to Jesus in the last few
22:17
months than the last two years and I’m
22:19
always sharing you know you know me I
22:20
love to share the gospel I had my own
22:23
personal track with me and all that and
22:25
and I’d love to uh give a track to an
22:27
nonbeliever I feel like the water level
22:30
is rising but a lot of people have said
22:32
this is not a Revival and I I I just
22:34
said well first of all you know the
22:37
metaphor I use Ezekiel 47 the river
22:39
flowing out of the temple but it’s just
22:41
ankle deep I said it’s just ankle deep
22:43
you know it’s like you can walk through
22:45
walk out whatever you don’t even know
22:47
it’s there but then it’s going to rise
22:49
to KN deep waste deep and then it’s just
22:51
going to overwhelm us and and the other
22:53
metaphor would be the uh First Kings 18
22:56
where Elijah is praying and tells the
22:58
servant what do you see because God told
23:00
him it’s going to rain and he says I see
23:03
a cloud the size of a man’s face yes
23:05
exactly and so it doesn’t look like much
23:07
but it’s there and so he knew and so he
23:09
kept on praying was like Zachariah 10:1
23:12
ask for rain in the latter rain so in
23:14
the midst of the small rain ask for more
23:18
and you’re such a revivalist and you are
23:20
just so you’ve been experiencing Revival
23:23
and I want you to give me your take on
23:26
personal Revival because I feel that you
23:28
and I honestly we’ve been in Revival
23:31
personally loving Jesus I’ve been
23:33
walking with the Lord 50 years I love
23:35
him as much today as I did if not more
23:37
so and yet we also know there’s
23:39
something about a corporate Regional
23:42
like what happened in zry wsh revival
23:46
going to the Great Awakening and all
23:48
that so just give me your take on your
23:50
understanding of Revival I went to
23:52
Argentina to compare I wanted to see I
23:55
heard about what they were experiencing
23:57
in Revival yeah and I knew what we were
23:59
experiencing it was in the very very
24:00
beginning of the outpouring and reading
24:03
and uh and my conclusion was I went
24:06
there and I saw that their Revival was a
24:08
big r ripe Red Apple and ours was just
24:12
just small and green and very
24:15
tart but both were 100% Apple yes they
24:18
both have all the ingredients one is not
24:21
mature analog but it’s still there you
24:24
don’t grow what you have by criticizing
24:26
what you have or not valuing yeah many
24:28
revivals are aborted because it doesn’t
24:30
look like the one they admire the most
24:33
instead of learning how to host what God
24:34
is doing and saying in that moment right
24:36
and so what you and I have learned to do
24:39
and I’m still learning to do is how to
24:41
host him to do whatever he says to do
24:45
next right it’s not I don’t want to
24:47
conform this I don’t want to grab the
24:49
ark and direct it to what I think it
24:52
should look like but instead to respond
24:54
and when it’s Joy it’s Joy but when it’s
24:56
conviction and repentance it’s con ition
24:58
repent when it’s the prophetic or
25:00
healing whatever he’s doing we just want
25:02
to do it and I think that’s the heart
25:03
and soul of Revival well you know I just
25:05
received a prophetic word just at this
25:07
conference that the Revival in the north
25:10
is going to come to the South and
25:11
immediately I thought about what’s going
25:13
on in reading and bethl yeah and so
25:16
thank you for coming and bringing
25:17
Revival to Los Angeles and to us and
25:20
imparting what you are and um would you
25:23
be willing to pray over those who are
25:25
watching and pray for an impartation
25:27
more of the Holy Spirit and what you’ve
25:28
been carrying uh really since uh 1995
25:32
you know here in uh in California and of
25:35
course you went to bethl from uh
25:37
Weaverville in 2000 but uh just impart
25:40
that to us yeah absolutely yeah father I
25:43
thank you I thank you for the privilege
25:45
uh to talk about you and to serve you
25:48
and I’m asking for every single viewer
25:51
that You’ set each one up with a Divine
25:53
encounter there’d be visits in the night
25:56
visits in the day that your word would
25:59
come piercing into our soul and that you
26:01
would set us right set us in the right
26:04
place to hear and to move with what
26:06
you’re saying and doing help us to see
26:08
the cloud the size of a man’s hand and
26:11
never speak critically or look down on
26:13
the portion that you’ve given us but I
26:15
pray instead you’d help each person to
26:18
be able to increase and to Steward well
26:20
that that you’ve given to us give us a
26:22
mighty mighty outpouring of the Holy
26:25
Spirit yes Lord all across our country
26:28
every person touched every individual
26:30
every group social group impacted by The
26:34
Souls of Tarsus saved and set free set
26:38
back into their place of influence we
26:40
pray this all through the church and
26:41
through all through our country and I
26:43
pray this for the honor of the name
26:45
